  • Why do FAQs matter?
    FAQs are a great way to help site visitors find quick answers to common questions about your business and create a better navigation experience.
  • Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
    No. We do not change shipping addresses after an order has been placed. Please make sure your address is correct at checkout.
  • Is your hair 100% human hair?
    Yes! All of our hair is 100% raw human hair. It is unprocessed, cut directly from donors, and free of synthetic fibers or chemical treatments.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".
  • Can I return or exchange my order?
    No. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order details before checkout.
  • How long does your hair last?
    With proper care, our raw hair can last 12 months or longer. We recommend using sulfate-free products and minimizing excessive heat or chemical treatments for the best results.
  • How can I contact you?

  • What’s the difference between raw hair and virgin hair?
    Raw hair is the most natural form of human hair—completely unprocessed with all cuticles aligned. Virgin hair is also unprocessed, but may have undergone steam processing to create a specific texture. At Colour Me Hair Collections, we proudly offer premium raw hair for superior quality and longevity.
  • Do you offer custom wig units?
    Yes! We offer a variety of glueless lace front wigs and can accommodate custom requests depending on availability. Contact us directly for more information on custom orders.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Processing takes 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the U.S. typically takes 2–5 business days. Preorder items may take 5–10 business days before shipping.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    At this time, we only ship within the United States.
  • Where can I add my FAQs?
    FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.
  • What if I receive the wrong item or a defective product?
    If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review and address the issue accordingly.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
